Booming Strategies & Marketing on vahvalla strategisella twistillä työskentelevä kansainväliseen markkinointiin ja business designiin erikoistunut toimisto, jonka toimipisteet sijaitsevat Tampereella ja San Franciscossa. Meidän tehtävämme on rakentaa kansainvälisiä menestystarinoita. Tuomme esiin asiakkaidemme kansainvälisen potentiaalin kiteyttämällä yrityksen kilpailuedun ja määrittelemällä uniikit asiakashyödyt mahdollisimman helposti ostettavaan pakettiin, niin sisällöllisesti kuin visuaalisesti. Avullamme yrityksen kasvustrategia muutetaan houkuttelevaksi sisällöksi ja konkreettiseksi suunnitelmaksi, jonka toteutumista voidaan mitata heti todellisilla kasvumittareilla. Asiakkaisiimme kuuluu niin startup- yrityksiä kuin kansainvälisiä konserniyrityksiä, jotka hakevat kasvua sekä kotimaisilta että kansainvälisiltä markkinoilta. Asiakkaitamme ovat mm. Kunnianhimoiseen ja luovaan tiimiimme kuuluu 6 henkeä sekä freelancer-verkosto Suomessa ja USA:ssa. Tampereella toimimme Klingendahlissa sijaitsevasta toimistosta käsin, mutta työskentely on mahdollista myös Helsingissä. ACCOUNT MANAGER   HELSINKI/TAMPERE

We are immediately seeking an Account Manager (this is a creative advertising, digital, content-driven agency position) will work closely with our internal team and our clients to set campaign strategy, obtain necessary client approvals, and ensure that all client requirements and business goals are well defined and achieved. The Account Manager has responsibility for client satisfaction and the development and maintenance of client relationships.

To succeed in position, you need to have an understanding of marketing planning, marketing communication, content marketing or/and managing digital projects.  You should be comfortable in a client-facing role, as well as, acting as the Project Manager to coordinate internal resources to ensure a successful program that delighted our customer.

Key responsibilities:
– Planning: 
•   Collaborates with the project team to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client’s needs and develop creative solutions to customers tactical and strategic marketing issues 
- Project management: 
•   Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of client projects and managing project financial lifecycle and budget constraints.
•   Communicates and drives acceptance of cost estimates, project deadlines, milestones, and dependencies
- Account management: 
•    Partner with the director of your accounts to drive long-term account planning, growth and success
•    Up-sell clients on additional products or services
•    Identify and engage new business opportunities
•    Build positive, collaborative, and candid relationships with our clients to ensure a trusted and thoughtful partnership

What you need: 
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager or similar
•    The desire and ability to think creatively and solve problems
•    Ability to deliver clear, consistent communication to clients and project teams and unsurpassed customer service 
•    Proactive attitude – constantly planning with an eye toward the future
•    Prioritization skills and ability to change focus 
•    Understanding of the financial operations of running a project
•    Ability to sell ideas and solutions
•    Preferably experience managing digital projects: website designs, digital campaign, social media, etc. 
•    Understanding of multi-channel marketing content marketing, marketing project management, etc.

DESIGNER    HELSINKI/TAMPERE

Our team is seeking a designer with a proven track record of creating memorable, emotionally engaging brand experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about building brands across a diverse range of applications, from print to environmental and digital solutions.

Outstanding design brings ideas, brands, concepts to life. Your role is to enhance new ideas and our clients’ business by ensuring that they connect with people through impeccable visual execution. 

Key responsibilities:
- Create new brand identities or execute re-branding activities
- Prepare design layouts for off and online content, such as advertisements, displays, email, brochures, mobile apps and websites
- Brief external partners to bring your ideas to life, ensuring that the work is flawlessly executed
- Taking responsibility for the meeting deadlines and accuracy of the execution 

What you need:
- Advanced working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator 
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop 
- An understanding of design for digital (web pages UI etc.)
- Good knowledge of print and digital execution, including a thorough understanding of the production process from concept to final item
- Demonstrate an understanding of clients' business needs so that you can propose appropriate creative solutions
-  Visual problem solver—you dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience digestion
- 3 or more years of experience in a design role in an agency or client environment

CONTENT MANAGER  HELSINKI/TAMPERE

Booming Strategies & Marketing is seeking a goal-driven Content Manager to create engaging consumer-focused content for our customers. You know how to create meaningful content that connects emotionally and converts into measurable business results. 

Key responsibilities: 
•    Content creation:  Write and various content forms, including (but not limited to) blog posts, social media posts, long-form guides/white papers, Web copy, ad copy, sales collateral, long-tail content and various integrated content campaign components, work with our partners to create engaging photo and video content
•    Content distribution & Campaign Planning: Work on and plan content distribution, from campaign creation to measurement, e.g., inbound marketing, social media and digital marketing planning and preferably marketing automation
•    Measurement: Social media tracking and iterating campaign tactics/strategies to improve results
•    Concept & Branding: Assist with brainstorming and facilitate workshops to help companies in innovating new services and transform client vision and strategy into concepts and stories
•    Project Management: Proactively manage the client relationship to ensure we are continually communicating account status, campaign performance and receiving constructive feedback

What you need: 
•    Creative ideas on how to trigger interest in the digital age with compelling stories, content, and campaigns
•    Excellent writing skills 
•    Write fluent Finnish and English 
•    Strong attention to detail and strong project management skills 
•    Basic SEO understanding
•    Digital Native
•    At least 2-5 years’ relevant combination of experience in a content marketing, communication, PR, marketing automation and/or digital marketing role
